Copyright, copying, reproduction

1. Unless otherwise stated, copyright is owned by Ipswich City Council
2. This image is provided for private research or study (including school assignments) without permission.
3. We ask that you cite Picture Ipswich, Ipswich City Council as the source of the image you copy. (e.g. "Image courtesy of Picture Ipswich, Ipswich City Council")
4. Images that have expired copyright (pre 1955): Ipswich City Council requires that you acknowledge Picture Ipswich as the source of the image used. This is required for Moral rights attribution as per the Copyright Act.
5. Images still in copyright (1955 onwards): Permission to use images that are still in copyright, must be obtained from Ipswich City Council or as stated (except for Item 2 above).
